Ohjaamo - A One-Stop Guidance Center
A One-Stop Guidance Center "Ohjaamo" is a place for under 30-year-olds, where they can receive free assistance and support for various purposes from studying and employment to housing and everything in between. You are welcome to the One-Stop Guidance Centers just as you are, in any situation! There are approximately 70 One-Stop Guidance Centers all over Finland from Rovaniemi to Hanko. You can find the One-Stop Guidance Center nearest to you and the Center’s contact information here. |
TE Office
The TE services offer your expert assistance when you are looking for a job or considering your career choices. Psychologists at the TE Offices can help you find solutions to questions concerning career choices, work, or education and training. They will work together with you to examine your capabilities, objectives and options regarding education, training and working life. The are free of charge, but in many cases you are asked to make an appointment. NB! If you are aged less than 25, or if you are a recently graduated unemployed jobseeker aged 25–29, your are within the scope of the Youth Guarantee. Once you have registered as a jobseeker, we will work together with you to draw up a plan on services that will help you find a job. These services will be offered to you once you have been unemployed for a maximum of three months. You may also receive a pay subsidy card from the TE Office, which will considerably improve your chances of finding a job. |

RIKU provides help and support for victims of acts of crime, their loved ones and witnesses of criminal case. RIKU has a chat and helplines for victim support and legal advice. |
Miessakit Association for men
Miessakit Association supports the mental, psychological and social growth of men. The organization complements the existing crisis services available for men and promotes nonviolent family life. Lyömätön Linja provides specialist services for men with intimate partner and family violence issues. |
Women's line
Women’s Line is meant for every woman and girl suffering from abuse, threats or fear. You don’t have to think about whether what you have experienced should be categorized as mental suppression, physical abuse, sexual harassment or a rough domestic fight. It is enough that you wish to discuss matters of violence. Volunteered women trained by Women’s Line answer the phone. All calls are confidential and free-of-charge. |

SOPU work
SOPU aims to prevent honour related conflicts and violence in families and communities. We utilise a gender sensitive and reconciliatory approach. In supporting both, the youth and their parents, we offer means for a respectful interaction. We organise group activities, camps, and peer support activities for girls, boys, mothers and fathers. Individuals and families in honour conflict situations receive confidential support. The SOPU page has information and support in many languages. SOPU is part of Loisto setlementti. |

Nollalinja helps anyone who has experienced psychological, physical or sexual violence or threat of violence in an intimate relationship and family members of victims of violence: How much psychological violence should you tolerate? Hyvä kysymys (Engl.: Good Question) services contain e.g group chats, exercises, podcasts, information and lectures, forums, scheduled discussions etc. All services and information are free of charge. Hyvä kysymys is produced by the Family Federation of Finland and its partner organisations. |
