We each have a body and a mind and it is important to take care of both of them. As a matter of fact, when we take care of the body by exercising, sleeping and eating properly, we take care of the mind too, and vice versa. Good mental health includes good life skills and the ability to recognise and deal with emotions.
What happens if your night’s sleep is too short or if you forget to eat during the day? You get irritated, tired, upset and sad, nothing works out. So, by taking care of yourself you also take care of your mental health.
